Mr & Mrs Carter {Wedding Photographer}

This laid back wedding took place at the gorgeous River Vista at Reinhart Park in little Grants Pass, Oregon. (Which happens to be my Mommas home town) The Bride, who is also my lovely cousin, had visions of a simple wedding. Her mother sewed her dress, close friends did her hair and make-up and with a venue with such an incredible view of the river, mountains and all the Green there was no need for extra fluff and fuss to make this wedding picture perfect.

The groom, Dustin, who I finally got the privileged to meet the day of the wedding had great taste (I mean, he did choose my cousin, right?) and as a wedding gift bought Doris a beautiful bracelet

If you couldn't tell, she likes it. ;)

The day was gorgeous with cloud cover all day making the most yummy, yummy light for the ceremony and some fun photos after. But even if it had poured I don't think it could put a damper on this happy couple

I love when Brides trust me when I ask them to do something for a photo. Even if it means romping around in tall weedy grass in a white wedding dress and heals. The greenery is amazing and of course Doris looks radiant.

Brent & Leslie {Arizona Wedding Photographer}

Brent, for those of you that may not know, is my wonderful big brother. And it was such a pleasure to be able to photograph him with his beautiful girlfriend Leslie. This session was originally going to be part of a Christmas gift from him for Leslie but she goes to school at UofA in Tucson (She's becoming a corporate lawyer-so awesome!) so scheduling became a little tricky and we were finally able to make it work this last weekend. They are definitely an urban couple so down town was the perfect location for this session.

Wesley & Kimberly Strobel {Arizona Wedding Photographer}

Wesley has been a long time friend of my husband (who was the best man in this wedding) They have been friends since junior high. Its crazy to believe they still get along! haha. Anyway, Wesley married the love of his life, Kimberly, on their one year anniversary together last month at the beautiful Val Vista Lakes. I was not actually the photographer for their wedding but I have a problem. (Hi, my name is Brittany and I am a photoholic.) :-P So, I brought along a little bit of my equipment and took some photos from where I observed their nuptials.

I couldn't decide color or b&w, so you get both.

I think she was eager for the kiss...

Zach & Cheryl Leitch! {Prescott Wedding Photographer}

I was so honored to be asked to photograph this wedding. Cheryl is my gorgeous cousin so I was thrilled to do it. This was a very simple, whimsical, and elegant wedding. You could not tell that it was all planned in only a month! Both the Bride and Groom are in the military and the Groom was about to be commissioned as an officer and relocated to Texas! So they wanted to have this shindig under wraps before all that was to take place. The setting in Prescott over looking Watson Lake was breath taking. It was cool out side with a slight breeze, the perfect setting for a sunset ceremony. Flowers were also done by me. {Little known fact, I used to work for a florist} And the Bride constructed, made, and hand painted the fantastic cake topper. Very fitting since the Groom just graduated with a degree as an aeronautical engineer. Congratulations! I love you guys!!
