Desert Botanical Gardens

I recently went on a relaxing outing with a friend to visit the Desert Botanical Gardens. We just spent the day wandering the park and taking pictures. I love days like these and wanted to share a few of my favorite pictures of the day with you.

Now moving on...here are my favorites of the beautiful plant life in the desert. An no, there is not even one cactus anywhere in sight. :)

And my favorite of all the pictures. Since the end of 2009 is so near i think its appropriate to say that 2010 is a new beginning and I think that is exactly what this photo prepresents.

Baby Hunter is Coming Soon!

I have not seen this lovely lady in over a year so it was lots of fun meeting up with her to catch up and finally meet her Fiance. Samantha & Jamie are such naturals in front of the camera this session was incredibly easy and Jamie was always hold, touching, and looking at Samantha's belly. You can definitely tell they are very in love and are excited to meet baby Hunter.
























I did some experimenting with textures for these photos and so far I am very happy with how they have turned out.










The next few are so sweet I just could not decide between them.















Samantha has the most perfectly round and smooth maternity belly I have ever seen. She is one lucky mom. And it sure made my editing easier. :)

Westwood Dance Show "Ain't Nothin' Wrong"

I loved doing these photos! Maybe more than I have ever loved any other session. Both photography and dance have a special place in my heart and now I got the best of both worlds! This years concert was great and they have some very talented and amazing dancers, I am excited to see where dance will take them. :)

Zeke is an amazing dancer and will definitely go places in the dancing world! I would have loved to have him in my class back when I was dancing. He is an inspiration. I could keep going on about him but just take a look at the photos, they speek for themselves!
